Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment, personal cost, the seriousness of wrongdoing on the whistleblowing intention of civil servant in Mojokerto.This research used primary data that obtained from the survey questionnaire which directly distributed.Using the samples can be examined as many as 58 employees. The examination in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 22. The results show that one of three variables influence significantly to the whistleblowing intention of civil servant in Mojokerto. the influence variable is the seriousness of wrongdoing and other variables that do not influence are organizational commitment and personal cost. The research has some limitations on the sample and data collection. Through this research, we suggest the next researcher to explore, enlarge the sample and prepare the data collection process betterdone.
