Abstract
The purpose of this research is explaining the influence of working division and authority delegation and its effect on working achievement, the background of leader’s reason in performing working division and authority delegation which is less effective. This research is using qualitative data, and the object is employees in accounting division at PT. DASH & ASSOCIATED that is 4 persons and this research relates working motivation and working achievement. Keywords: working division, authority delegation, working achievement, working motivation
