Abstract

Globalization era in this time progress of technology and growth of economics so is quickly felt, along with the growth and progress claim all area of is effort to make provision against global emulation era, so also this matter will face by public accountant institute in Indonesia. Efficacy and someone performance will not succeed is otherwise supported with existence of adequate resource. This research aim to know what is dimension of personalities (self esteem, organizational commitment, professionalism, motivate, satisfaction of job, locus of control and job stress) influencing laboring auditor performance in Office Public Accountant in Surabaya. Model used to analyze data in this research is Doubled Linear Regress. Variable research is self esteem (X1), commitment Organizational (X2), Professionalism (X3), Motivate (X4), Satisfaction Of Job(X5), Locus of control (X6), Job Stress (X7) and Performance Auditor (Y). Population in this research is laboring auditor in Office Public Accountant in Surabaya. Method intake of sample the used is sampling convenience, so that sample in this research is to amount to 58 auditor people. Based to result of examination can be pulled by conclusion that hypothesis expressing that interest variable and satisfaction of job have an effect on to proven auditor performance is its truth. Key word: self esteem, commitment Organizational, commitment Professionalism, Motivation, Satisfaction Of Job, Locus of control, Job Stress and Performance Auditor
