Abstract
Infromation systems success model by DeLeon Mclean (1992) make e-commerce developers try to fulfill all e-commerce end-user computing satisfaction desire with three important points, there are system quality, information quality and service quality, but all e-commerce developers’ perception and e-commerce end-user computing’ perceception about satisfaction is different and it makes a gap between of them so people think e-commerce’s service is unsatisfaction. Althought feels unsatisfy but they think satisfy, so the gap between expection and perceived services mean by a homework for e-commerce developers for developing e-commerce makes better than before. This reasearch aims to examine quality of e commerce is depented by IS sucess model of DeLeon Mclean. This research is a quantitative reasearch using multiple regression.The respondents is a e-commerce end-user. The data were collected by spreading direct questionaires about system quality, information quality and service quality. The result of this reasearch system quality, information quality and service quality is influent towards e-commerce end-user satisfaction, except” relibility and assurance” a dimention of service quality.This research failed to support the hyphotesisbased of DeLeon Mclean especially reliability and assurance. They think that althougth an order is sent more than the time that promise and an order is right stuff is better than an order is on time and it has a mistakes and the responden don’t know about an e-commerce developers service. Key words: System Quality,Information Quality,Service Quality, e-commerce end- user computing satisfaction.
