Abstract
This research to investigate the influence of Elemens SPM on internal quality of the product. Continuing research by Maghviroh (2010), this research investigate the influence of element management control system (Level Communication Quality Objectives, Quality Feedback Frequency and Effectiveness of Quality Incentive) on internal quality of the product. As for becoming obyek from this research is manufacturing business which ISO 9001 sertification in Surabaya, Gresik and Sidoarjo. This research represent the empirical test, with the technique of random sampling, obtained by 11 manufacturing business (42 respondents) which ISO 9001 sertification in Surabaya, Gresik and Sidoarjo. Data analysis uses SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Result of hypothesis Examination indicate that from 3 hypothesis raised, All hypotheses can be accepted. there is a positive influence between the level of communication quality goals for internal quality product, second, there are positive influences the feedback frequency for internal quality product quality and ketida, there is a positive influence the effectiveness of incentives for the quality of the internal quality of the product.
