Abstract
The development of an enterprise is strongly influenced by the policies carried out mainly in investing. Existing investment in a company comes from two sources of equity capital and foreign capital. Sources of funds in banks lend largely derived from public funds (checking, savings, and deposits). The role of banks as well as the real party in supporting the improvement of development is to provide productive credit facility (Investment) and other banking services. By using some of the procedures that apply in accordance with the provisions of the bank for qualitative analysis and assess the Assessed value of collateral as agreed, then use ratio analysis as well as liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, draw a conclusion from the value of NPV, IRR, Pay Back period. With the analysis results can be seen on the NPV> 0 and positive, the IRR is positive, and the value of investments can return appropriate to the scale set by the Pay Back Period then the loan application can be accepted.
