Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine the factors that affect the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables in this study are the profitability, asset structure and liquidity. This study uses secondary data is to look at the financial statements of food and beverage companies, published by The Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2014 and found a sample of ten samples of the company. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the data collection technique using purposive sampling technique. It is found that the profitability not significant negative effect on the capital structure and asset structure is not significant positive effect on the capital structure while liquidity not significant negative effect.
