Abstract

The growing of internet technology adopted by banking industry to developing service in banking world one of them is online banking. E-banking also be able to used for various online transaction. One of banks which using and already implementing e-banking service in Indonesia is Bank Central Asia. This research aims to describes and analyzes the influences of information completeness perception, using trust, security, and awareness on e-banking adoption in Bank Central Asia customers. This research employing quantitative approach. Sample that used are Bank Central Asia customers who using e-banking Bank Central Asia services minimum monthly and will to get participate in questionnaire filling. Sample in this research limited to 90 customers. Data collecting that used are distribute questionnaire. Data analysis technique that used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result in this research indicating that : (1) There is no significant effect on information completeness perception to e-banking adoption in customers of Bank Central Asia; (2) There is significant effect of trust in using of e-banking adoption in Bank Central Asia; (3) there is significant security effect in using on e-banking adoption of Bank Central Asia customers; (4) there is significant effect on awareness of e-banking adoption of Bank Central Asia customers.
