Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect work motivation, job satisfaction, reward systems, and organizational commitmentto employee performanceaccounting departmentat PT. Pegadaian(Persero) in Sumenep. This research is a quantitative research using primary data. The technique research use a nonrandom sampling with purposive sampling taken using a questionnaire. Of the 54 questionnaires distributed, only 44 questionnaires were collected and only there are 35 questionnaires that can be processed into data. Data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis and F test and t test with the help of SPSS16.0 for windows. The results showed that satisfaction influence on employee performance, reward systems influence on employee performance, organizational commitment influence on employee performance. Satisfaction, reward systems, and organizational commitment give effect positive of employees. For the results of work motivation does not affect the performance (negative) of employees.
