Abstract
Firm value is investor perception of the company`s success rate, it is often associated with stock prices. This research aimed to determine the influence of dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, investment decision on the firm value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Population of this research is all manufacturing companies that go public, listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2014. Sampling method used purposive sampling method. This research used a sample of 96 or 32 manufacturing companies. Types of data used in secondary data of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Analyze technique used multiple linear regression analyze. This result of this research with regression analyze are: Dividend policy significant influence and negative on the firm value. Debt policy no significant influence and negative on the firm value. Profitability and Investment decisions significant influence end positive on the firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability, Investment Decisions, Firm Value.
