Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, profit margin, cash flow to sales, and sales growth to condition of financial distress in Mining company listed in stock exchange of Indonesia in the year 2010-2014. The method of study is logistic regression. The result of study showed that regression coefficient of current ratio variable was -0,291, and the sig. value was 0,487; regression coefficient of total asset turnover variable was -1,254, and the sig. Value was 0,163; regression coefficient of debt to equity ratio variable was -0,413, and the sig. Value was 0,113; regression coefficient of profit margin variable was -20,802, and the sig. Value was 0,000; regression coefficient of cash flow to sales variable was 2,317, and the sig. Value was 0,003; regression coefficient of sales growth variable was 0,000, and the sig. Value was 0,269, it means that profit margin negatively and significantly affected to condition of company financial distress. And cash flow to sales positively and significantly affected to condition of company financial distress. Meanwhile, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and sales growth did not significantly influence the condition of company financial distress.
