Abstract
Firm value is an image of firm which is in good or bad condition. ASEAN Economic Community will increase foreign and local investors in Indonesia. They need more lands for industries, office buildings and residents. It is an advantage for subsector property and real estate. This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, aninvestment decision toward firm value in BEI. Population of this study is subsector property and real estate listed on BEI during 2012 – 2014. This study used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS and the data were examined using classical assumption test such as test of normality, multikoloniearity, heteroskedastisity and autocorrelation. The result shows that : 1) size firm has no relation toward firm value, 2)return on equity has positive relation and significant toward firm value, 3) debt to equity ratio has positive relation and significant toward firm value, 4) Investment decision has no relation toward firm value.
