Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of financial ratios which include current ratio, total liabilities to total assets, current liabilities to total assets, return on total assets, net income to sales, sales growth, sales to total assets in predicting financial distress conditions on the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013 - 2014. The sampling technique in this research conducted with a purposive sampling. Data used in this research are secondary data which obtained from the IDX. The statistic method is used to test in this research hypothesis is logistic regression. The results showed that the current ratio, return on total assets, net income to sales, and sales to total assets are financial ratios that influential in predicting financial distress in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange for the period of 2013-2014.
