Abstract
The purpose of this research is to disclouse influence of applicating Good Corporate Governance to performance of company. The method used is Partial Least Square with Software SmartPLS 2.0 M3. The data used are secondary data include company annyal reposrts. Sampling was purposive sampling technique is the selection of sample with specific criteria, so that samples obtained in this study as many as 20 companies. A measure of corporate governance implementation is Board of Independent Commissioner, Independent Audit Committee and Institutional Ownership. A measure of corporate performance is Return On Assets (ROA) and Economic Value Added (EVA). Based on the test results, it is known that value of t-statistic is 0.4782 or less than 1.96, so dependent variable does not affect the independents. The result from this research shows that there is no effect between Good Corporate Governance and corporate performance.
