Abstract
Morality of leader in recent years is experiencing adversity. Evident from the number of cases of fraud involving the top management and senior officials of the State. It is very closely related to ethical leadership attitude that must be possessed by a leader. The existence of ethical leadership is very important in an organization as it would relate to the condition of the company itself. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment and trust in the leader. The method used in this research is an empirical study on students organization STIE Perbanas Surabaya with statistical methods analysis of the relationship by using bivariate correlation test. Results of research conducted shows that the relationship between ethical leadership with organizational commitment and trust in the leader. It can be concluded that to be a leader not only proficient in his job, but it is proper to have the attitude of a leader's ethical leadership in order to bring the organization's commitment and trust from its members.
