Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of interest rate, exchange rate, world gold price, a nd world oil price to Indonesia Composite I ndex. T he movement of Indonesia Composite Index is important for investors since it is a reflection of the capital market conditions at that time. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sites used in this research are www.bi.go.id, www.kitco.com , www.opec.org and www.finance.yahoo.com. This research was conducted to Indonesia Composite Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011 - 2015 with 60 data. This research us ed purposive sampling. The hypothesis test result by using multiple linear regression analysis showed that interest rate, world gold price, and world oil price influence on Indonesia Composite Index significantly. The interest rate and world gold price hav e negative not significant influence on Indonesia Composite Index. The exchange rate has negative significant influence, while the world gold price has positive not significant influence on Indonesia Composite Index.
