Abstract
The capital market are the activities related with public off ering,trade effect,a public company which relates to the effect that the issuance,as wellas agencies and a profession which relates to the effect. In the capital market we know fluctuations in stock prices. Stock prices is activities the investor in buying or selling shares in capital market. The purpose of this research is observe about how the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Quic k Ratio (QR), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock price in transportation firms in Stock Exchange of Indonesia periode 2012 - 2015. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling of 14 transportation firm. Data analysis technique used is multiple reg ression analysis. The results showed that the Financial performance affect the stock price. Partially by T - test concludedthe partial ROE and DER has a positive and significant effect on stock price. While ROA, CR and QR has no significant effect on stock p rice. Keywords : Financial Performance, Return On Equity (ROE) Debt To Equity ( DER) and Stock Price.
