Abstract
Information technology has influence the Banking industry make more being modern society. Always innovating h earts Bank development products . This research design using quantitative with distributing questionna ires to the respondents indicated to review data collection. singer research casual relationships using. term used whole sample yang hearts research 3 0 small samples plus 90 samples, technical research data analysis using descriptive data analysis and stat istical data analysis namely with regression using spss 20.0. based on the findings of the data analysis the collected hearts research singer, then can be concluded that the variable trust, security, web service quality, significant positive effect against the adoption of internet banking Cimb Niaga in Surabaya and variable ease to use negative effect not significantly on adoption of internet banking Cimb Niaga in Surabaya while the risk of significant negative effect against the adoption of internet bankin g Cimb Niaga in Surabaya. confidence, ease of use , security, web service quality risk and simultaneously have significant positive effects against the customer's intention to review using internet banking Cimb Niaga in Surabaya Keywords: trust, ease of use, security,web service quality, risk, internet banking adoption
