Abstract
Dividend policy is company’s way for measuring how much profit that have been shared as dividend and hold for company’s development. One of the factors that affect dividend policy is financial ratios.This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability ratios, solvency and growth of the company in dividend policy in manufacturing company in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011 – 2015. Independent variables in this study isprofitability (return on equity), solvency (debt to equity ratio) and growth, while the dependent variable is dividend policy. Sampling techniques were selected by purposive sampling of 185 companies were selected as a sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that simultaneous profitability (return on equity), solvency (debt to equity ratio), and growth affect the dividend policy. Partially, profitability (return on equity) and growth have a significant effect on dividend policy, while the solvency(debt to equity ratio) has no significant effect on stock price.
