Abstract
The purpose of research was to determine effect of interest rat es, service and Word Of mouth against the customer's decision KUR BRI Krian, Sidoarjo. The research titled “ THE EFFECT OF INTEREST RATES, SERVICE QUALITY , AND WORD OF MOUTH DECISION ON BORROWING CREDIT BU SINESS PEOPLE IN BANK BRI KRIAN, SID OARJO”. The Popu lations of resea rch customers Bank BRI Krian who use KUR.Sample use 74 respondents which were selected based on the sampling techniq ue used purposive sampling techni que. Met h ods of data collections using a questionnaire with skala likert.Data were analyze d using analiysis validity,Re li abil i ty, Descriptive,Clasicall Assumptions test, Linie a r T test, and F Tes. The research using SPSS 16 . Based on the calculations and result that interest rates, service and word of mouth have a significant effect either simu ltaneously or partial .
