Abstract
Financial distress is a condition in which the financial company in an unhealthy state or critical. Poor state of financial distress will lead to bankruptcy of the company. This study aims to investigate the influence of managerial ownership, commissioner, current ratio, firm size and working capital to total asset on financial distress. The population un this study are all of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. Based on purposive sampling method, samples obtained are 34 companies in the period 2013-2015, so obtain 102 observations. The criteria of financial distress in this study was measured by using interest coverage ratio (ICR). This study used logistic regression as the data analysis tool. The result of this research showed that commissioner is the only variable that has no significant impact on the financial distress, but managerial ownership, current ratio, firm size and working capital to total asset have significant impact on the financial distress.
