Abstract
This research aims to examine the factors that influence corporate turnaround on firms with financial distress condition. The factors in this research are firm size, free assets, expenses retrenchment, and assets retrenchment. This research is included to quantitative research by using logistic regresion test. To find the result, it conducts fit test, hosmer and lemeshow’s goodness of fit test, wald test, model test (G-test), coeficient of determination using SPSS version 22. The population of this study were 118 manufacture companies that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2008-2013. Based on purposive sampling criteria, 30 companies were selected as sample of this study. Partially, the results of wald test in this research showed that free assets and assets retrenchment influenced the ability of companies with financial distress condition to do corporate turnaround, while firm size and expenses retrenchment could not influenced corporate trurnaround on firm with financial distress condition. Synchronously, the result of G-test in this research showed that firm size, free assets, expenses retrenchment, and assets retrenchment.
