Abstract
Value of the firm is one of the objectives of the firm by way of maximizing the value of the stock. There are several factors that affect the value of the firm, but the authors only examined two variables, namely financing decisions and dividend policy. This study aimed to examine the influence of financing decisions and dividend policy towardfirm value. The dependent variables were used in this study is the firm value, while the independent variable arefinancing decisions and dividend policy. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study is a manufacturing consumer goodssector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012-2015 period totaling 27 companies. The results of this study showed that financing decisionsare measured with the debt equity ratio and dividend policy are measured by dividend payout ratio has significant effect on firm value that is measured by price book value. Keywords: financing decisions, dividend policy, firm value.
