Abstract
Current development, human resources have a position aligned with a variety of other factors of production such as finance, production, and marketing. Management of human resources began to receive attention and special attention for companies that have an urgent need for qualified human resources. Human resources is one - the only resource they have a mind, feelings, desires, skills, knowledge, encouragement, power and work. Human resource potential effect on the efforts of a company in achieving this purpose. Research describes informants understanding relating to information on the implementation of audit results, benefits, system, risk management audit of human resources as well as improving employee performance at PT. ISH Jawa Timur. This study is a qualitative research through field studies were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that overall the informant has to understand and be able to explain their understanding of the implementation, benefits, systems, audit risk management as well as increased performance of employees at the company.
