Abstract
In investment, it is necessary for the investors and future investors to collect the information to evaluate future prospect from various sources as a consideration to take invesment decision in capital market. The aim of this research is to analyse, and explain the effect of profitability, loan policy, deviden policy and capital structure towards company’s value. The taken population in this research is the companies listed in BEI year 2012-2014. The are 44 companies used as a sample collecting is based on purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from ICMD and www.idx.com. Doubled linear regresion tecnic is used to analize the data. According to the research, it can be concluded than profitability variable, measured by ROE and capital structure variable, measured by DAR give impact on company value measured by PBV. On the other hand, loan policy variable, measured by DER and deviden policy variable measured by DPR has on impact on companys value measured by PBV.
