Abstract
A company will always attempt to reach its goal by increasing its efficiency and effectiveness. One of the ways to achieve the goal is by improving Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility. This study was conducted with the aim of finding empirical evidence about the effect of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility on financial performance of the company. The data used secondary data. The population of this research is property and real estate listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia in the period of 2013-2015. The data were collected from annual reports of the companies. The sample consisted of 38 companies selected by using purposive sampling. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression using Program SPSS 22.00. The results showed that, partially, institutional ownership effect the company's financial performance, while independent commissioners and Corporate Social Responsibility does not effect the company's financial performance. Key Words: Financial Performance, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility.
