Abstract
The underpricing often occurs in the companies who in Initial Public Offering (IPO). The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of the auditor’s reputation, underwriter’s reputation, and firm size toward the underpricing level. Population of this research are the companies who decide to do Initial Public Offering in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, they are 116 companies. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method. The 71 companies data are analyzed by using multiple linier regression. Partially, the result of this research show that the auditor’s reputation has significant and negative effect on underpricing level, but the underwriter’s reputation and firm size have insignificant on underpricing level.
