Abstract
The market value of the stock is a topic that is often discussed by creditors, analysts and investors when talking about the value of a company. Some of the factors that affect the value of the company is an investment decision, financing decision and dividend policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence of investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy on firm value. The population in this study of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 135 companies from 2013 - 2015. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data analysis techniques used in this research is to model the Multiple Linear Regression. Based on this research can be concluded that the dividend policy variable has an influece on firm value, while the investment decision variables and financing decision variable does not influence on firm value.
