Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of independent variables namely managerial ownership, debt policy and firm size, on the dependent variables namely dividend policy. Measuring dividend policy as seen from the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Data collection methods the study using pooled data in manufacturing company on the stock exchange indonesian in 2010 up to 2014. Data obtained from the indonesian Capital Market Dictionary. As many as 8 companies used as samples. This research method using multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The result of this research shows that the independent variables had simultaneous influence significantly on the dependent variable. Partially, the positive effect was of managerial ownership variables are not significant, negative effect on debt policy variables are significant, and the variable size of the company’s positive effect was not significant.
