Abstract

In the competitive world of banking are rapidly increasing, every bank sets their corporate social responsibility to the community. Given such event the company held its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility conducted by Bank Mandiri is a form of self-awareness to the community bank. The CSR program is seen as an effort to increase the satisfaction and perceived value of customers Mandiri bank. The purpose of this study was to test the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Customer Satisfaction Rated that Considered impact on customers of the Mandiri bank in Surabaya. This study uses survey questionnaire that was distributed to 100 respondents Mandiri bank customers. The analysis technique used in the study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility significant effect on satisfaction and perceived value of customers Mandiri bank in Surabaya.
