Abstract
This study examines trust, ease of use, and perceived security of the BCA Flazz use decisions in Surabaya. The sampling technique using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling retrieval models. Collecting data using questionnaires distributed to 100 users Flazz BCA in Surabaya. This study used a technique multiple linear regression test. Independent variables used is trust, ease of use and perceived security, while the dependent variable is the decision to use Flazz BCA in Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that the dependent variable trust, ease of use, and perceived security positive significant effect on the decision to use Flazz BCA in Surabaya.
