Abstract
Human Resources are the asset of a bank. The productivity is based on the HR performance which is in accordance with the principles of “the right man in the right place” in order to achieve the bank’s goal. The first step in placing the right person is by doing the recruitment to findthe suitable and have a high motivation HR in doing the jobs. The objective of this study is to find out the implementation, the process, the requirements, the obstacles along with it solutions in the implementation of employee recruitment on BTN at Surabaya Branch. The method used literature, and interviewresearch with descriptive approach. It can be concluded that: (1)The well arranged employee recruitment strategy will deliver positive results for the bank, (2)To have the bank’s highest performance should be supported by the good quality of the employees, (3)The more effective their recruitment, the better their employee will be, (4)There are some obstacles in the recruitment process short of employee recruitment personnel, and external factors of the bank is from the behavior of several applicants in recruitment process, (5)The employee recruitment personnel are able to solve their obstacles in recruitment process without problems, and make it in a effective way. Finally, this researchis expectedto gain benefits to keep up their implementation of employee recruitment in increasing their banking human resources. Keywords: Human Resources, Employee Recruitment
