Abstract
Customer loyalty is very important for the company to generate positive benefits. The purpose of this study was to determine whether teh service fairness, relationship quality and service convenence have a significant infulence either simultaneously or partially. This study uses entire population of Surabaya people who use the product of The Body Shop has Love Your Body (LYB) members and non-memebers. Judgment sampling technique using sampling where the sampling adapted to characteristics specified by the researcher. Sample in this study using 80 respondents. The type of data used primary data. method of data collection through a questionnaire survey. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and multiplpe linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.0.
