Abstract
Government employees credit (Multiguna) is a credit facility that give from Bank to a people for their consumable. Gived to people have a reguler income. For example Government employees, with SK that their have as guarantee. This reseacrh intend to known about customer before bank gived a credit multiguna which is devided into four procedure submission, disbursement, installment payment, acquittal. In a procedure credit, Account Officer must be carefully when check the document that attached to complete requirement for crdit submission. For procedure disbursement if submission was approved by credit commite and head officer, so credit can be realitation or disbursement quickly. For procedure installment payment through the intermediary account treasurer salary. And for acquittal there are 2 type, due date and before due date.
