Abstract

The development of the banking business in the world today is getting wider, better bank products or services of the bank, giving rise to intense competition between banks to one another bank. In this case especially the competition in marketing bank products. This competition led to new ideas so that their competitive strategies in marketing the products. Brenchmarking competitive advantage is the process of measuring the best company strategy and operations, both inside and outside the industry the company. With this bank bjb create marketing strategies for new products by means of internal marketing, external marketing and Interaktive marketing so as to support the marketing strategies that have been made, among others, through advertising and marketing brochures, marketing through the provision of souvenirs, marketing through bank cash car facilities and marketing bjb through internships, then with the preparation of a good strategy bjb bank ready to compete in the global market or in development of the Asean Economic Community in 2015.
