Abstract
Currently the world's development and the role of banks as financial institutions are indispensable in national economic activity one of them in realizing the public's willingness to meet the primary needs to be the development of micro-enterprises. Through the activities of credit that is, banks are trying to meet the needs of society. In order to meet the needs of the community microenterprise development, the role of banks in providing much needed funds and provide initiatives in the development of micro enterprises. The presence of the People's Business Credit system is needed by economic income communities in the small and medium level. Therefore, it needs to function as an intermediary parties can meningkatkanusaha microstructure. In this case, the intermediary is a bank that will provide small loans that aims to help customers who require funds for the purposes of development of micro enterprises. In this case, the bank has a duty and responsibility to refund customers who have been entrusted by him. Many people who want to develop micro enterprises, to improve the well-being, then by providing small loans, it can help people who want to develop their business and increase prosperity.
