Abstract
Shariah banking system that began to emerge in Indonesia prompted many banks to be more active in offering its products. It proved since its establishment in 2004, BPRS Bhakti Sumekar started to introduce Rahn emas products that aim to help the Sumenep public economic activities. The things that the writer wants investigates is that in using this product can be ensured that every customer has differences judgment / perception, and many kind of motivations that underlying them to perform the contract of Rahn emas in the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. A wide range of indicators will be used to measure customer perceptions and motivations. This study is a qualitative descriptive study that sought to describes complexly on the subject under study that will bring many perspectives to be revealed. The descriptive analysis in this study included the mean of each indicators that will be made in a percentage form which will then be compared with each other. The objects or respondents that is used are the employees and customers of the Rahn emas in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. The data collection in this study using a Likert scale questionnaire which is distributed to 30 clients, interviews and direct observations. The highest indicator of perceptions that is owned by SRB Bhakti Sumekar is reliability, while the biggest motivation is owned by the customers come from within themselves / psychological side of themselves.
