Abstract
According to “ X “ Bank, the issuing bank is a party that give a guarantee to the applicant in a form of guarantee letter / bank guarantee. Then the applicant is a party who proposes the bank guarantee to join a bid tender, and the beneficiary is a party who offers a job and will get a compensation from the issuing bank if the applicant does a default. Types of bank guarantee that are provided in “ X” Bank are advance payment bond, performance bond, maintance bond, bid bond.
