Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of trust, benefits, and ease of use toward customers’ decision to use Internet Banking at Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents of Bank Mandiri Internet Banking’s users in Surabaya. The samples taken in this research are the users of Internet Banking of Bank Mandiri, which are qualified according to the criteria given by the researcher, such as the users of internet banking of Bank Mandiri who live in Surabaya, the customer must be at least 19 years old, and the customers, at least, have a transaction once in the last 6 months by using internet banking of Bank Mandiri. The data used in this research is the primary data and the data are collected by using questionnaires along with purposive sampling method. The technique of data analysis used in this study is Multiple Regresion Analysis with validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis. The results, obtained from this research, consist of three independent variables. However, there are only two variables, variables of benefits and variable of ease of use, which have significant impact. The other variable, variable of trust, has no significant impact on the customers’ decision to use Internet Banking in Surabaya. Keywords: Trust, Benefits and Ease of Use.
