Abstract
The study investigated the factors of internet banking adoption. This study develop a model on the basis of the theoretical background. This study used questionnaires to collect data from respondents who use Internet Banking Bank Mandiri in Surabaya. The sample size of this study using the 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. This study used SPSS 20 for testing variable used by multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that three independent variables did not significantly influence the adoption of internet banking and 1 onther independent variables have a significant influence on the adoption of internet banking. Researchers suggested for further research in order to add an independent variable and the number of respondents. Besides the questionnaire data can be accompanied by the interview method. Keywords : Innovativeness, Compatibility, Relative Advantage, Perceived Usefulness, Internet Banking Adoption.
