Abstract
This study uses object PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik engaged services and is one of the companies in the PT Petrokimia Group.The purpose of this research is to analysis of Balanced Scorecard on performance assessment by using the four perspectives measurement are : financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This study is a case study using qualitative method and descriptive analysis. The data used in this study is primary data, obtained directly through interviews, observations, and discussion. The unit of analysis is the informant of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras and various other data sources related to the design of the Balanced Scorecard. From the results of the study entitled “Analysis Of Balanced Scorecard Based On Performance Assessment In PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik” and the test result that services likes heavy equipment, projects workshops, general trade, commerce and bagging has been reached target, but in land transport and sea transport has not been reach target. PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras can use the balanced scorecard as a strategic management system for managing long-term strategy. With changes in performance measurement system, it is expected the company will be able to create efficiency and effectiveness of work and also balanced with the satisfaction of all employees and customers.
