Abstract
Total Quality Management (TQM) is an approach to systematically improve the quality by using a lot of dimension and aims to improve performance such as quality, productivity and profitability. This study aimed to examine the effect of the application of TQM Quality Culture and Employee Performance in PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The focus of TQM is used in this study include Employee Engagement (X1), Sustainable Improvement Orientation (X2), Customer Focus (X3), Incentives and Recognition System (X4) and Control and Process Monitoring (X5). The population used in this study were employees of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with a number of 31 samples obtained from part of the population by purposive sampling method. Data processing is done by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that Employee Engagement and Customer Focus influence significantly the Quality Culture and Employee Engagement Incentive and Recognition System also influence significantly the Employee Performance. Keywords : Total Quality Management, cultur of quality and employee performance.
