Abstract

Total Quality Management is an approach to systematically improve the quality by using many dimensions and has been widely applied by many companies and banks. But a few a research that use banks for the object. Bank has acontinual improvements to their customers needs and to compete with other banks. These research was conducted to determine the effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management on employee performance on the operations division of “X” Bank Surabaya Branch. This study using 35 respondens from 7 different branches. This research use normality test, validity test, reliability test, F-test and t-Test from the SPSS. The research result that there is no impact between implementation Total Quality Management on employee performance of operations division of “X” Bank Surabaya Branch.
