Abstract
This research is motivated by conflics of interest between shareholders and management. Party managerial just want them without thinking of the wealth maximization of shareholders. In this study, these conflict of interest associated with the government's policy regarding corporate governance. Corporate governance will be used as a benchmark the financial performance and stock price. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of corporate governance and financial performance and stock price of a company. The method used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression method. The results of this study show that almost all of these variables has no effect on the financial performance and stock price, there is only one variable that institutional ownership that have an impact on stock price. In its application, the results of this research is expected to help investors in making investment decisions. Keyword : Corporate governance, stock price and financial performance
