Abstract

The development of technology has a great influence on the world of business and services. Companies engaged in the services affected by using advances in technology to attract consumers as much as possible. Bank as a company engaged in financial services see the progress of technology is mainly based mobile to improve performance and simplify banking transactions. Based applications such as mobile banking, internet banking or SMS banking is very helpful for customers to conduct transactions through the bank office without proper ATMs. In fact, users of diverse professions and backgrounds have high levels of usage and satisfaction differently to applications based on mobile banking. In the present study researchers used quantitative method is to spread more than 50 questionnaire distributed in Surabaya. Multiple linear analysis results are made known quality systems and information systems and the quality of services has a close relationship sebsesar 0.720 to user satisfaction. The result is known that the accounting information system and the quality of the system have an influence on user satisfaction and service quality dimensions have an influence on user satisfaction based mobile banking application.
