Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of TIPCE (Trust, Integrity, Professionalism, Customer Focus, and Excellence) cultural values and their impact on employee performance and organizational culture at Bank Mandiri Kembang Jepun Branch, Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with informants consisting of leaders, employees, customers, and the surrounding community. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and their validity was tested using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TIPCE values has been systematically applied through the socialization of corporate culture, leadership role models, and the integration of values in work and service systems. The values of trust and integrity play a role in increasing internal and external trust, professionalism and customer focus encourage improved service quality, while excellence spurs employees to continue to innovate and improve performance. However, the implementation of TIPCE values still faces obstacles in the form of differences in human resource characters and resistance to change. Overall, the implementation of TIPCE values has a positive impact on employee performance and the formation of a professional and service-oriented organizational culture.
