Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to transform their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to improve operational efficiency and business process integration. PT Eforia Furniture Indonesia use the EFI ERP application to support internal data management and operational activities. Based on observations, several employees experienced difficulties in using it, necessitating an evaluation of the level of satisfaction and usability of the system. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of EFI ERP application users and identify usability strengths and weaknesses based on the System usability Scale (SUS) method. The study used a quantitative approach with an SUS questionnaire instrument consisting of 10 statements. The study respondents were 30 employees who had used the EFI ERP application for at least one year. Data were analyzed through calculating the SUS score, percentile rank, grade scale, adjective rating, acceptability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The results of this study are at grade F, in the Not Acceptable category, and included in the adjective rating Poor. This value is at the 14% percentile rank. The NPS classification results place the majority of respondents in the detractor category, which indicates a low level of satisfaction and less possibility of users recommending the application to other employees. The results show that the EFI ERP application does not meet adequate usability standards and still has a high level of complexity. The conclusion of this study is that the EFI ERP application is not yet suitable for optimal use because it is unable to provide ease and comfort for users. Therefore, improvements in interface design, workflow simplification, system functionality enhancement, and regular application usage training are needed. Future research is recommended to combine the SUS method with other evaluation methods to obtain more comprehensive results. Keywords: ERP, PT EFI, usability, User Satisfaction, and SUS Method.
