Abstract
Adhiya Fashion is a business engaged in clothing trade that currently still utilizes manual recording for stock and sales transactions in notebooks. This condition results in a high risk of data inconsistency, loss of records, and delays in preparing financial reports. This research aims to design and develop a web-based sales and stock information system integrated with a chatbot AI feature to minimize human error and accelerate business information access for the owner. The system development was carried out using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. System testing was conducted through black-box testing and user acceptance test (UAT) methods. The black-box testing results showed that all major system functions operated with a 100% success rate. Meanwhile, the UAT evaluation results showed a very high level of acceptance, where the owner and admin respondent group, who tested the landing page and backend system, gave an average score of 96.11%, while the customer respondent group, who tested the landing page and chatbot AI interaction, gave an average score of 90.65%. Based on the Likert scale criteria, this system is categorized as "Excellent" and is highly feasible to be implemented to improve operational efficiency at Adhiya Fashion.
