Abstract
Sahabat Store is a retail business that still records sales transactions manually. This approach leads to several problems, including recording errors, difficulties in monitoring product stock, and delays in preparing sales reports. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based application to improve the efficiency of transaction processing, inventory management, and reporting activities. This study applies the Agile development method because it provides flexibility in responding to changes in user needs during the system development process. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies to identify system requirements. The system was developed using web technology integrated with a database management system to store and manage transaction and product data. The results of this study indicate that the developed system is able to manage product data, record sales transactions, and generate sales reports automatically. Based on system testing using the Black Box method, all system functions operate according to their intended purposes. The implementation of this system helps minimize recording errors, accelerate transaction processes, and assist store owners in monitoring sales activities more effectively.
