Abstract

IRR, BOPO, FBIR, PR, FACR and APYDM simultaneously and partially have significant influence to ROE on Regional Development Banks. Sampel in this research are Banks Sulawesi Tenggara, Banks Bengkulu and Banks Sulawesi Tengah. Collection data method is using secondary data which is taken from financial report of Regional Development Banks start form first quarter of 2009 until second quarter of 2013. Technique of data analyzing in this research is descriptive analyze and using multiple linier regression analyze. Based on the calculation and result of using SPSS 11.5 for windows, state that LDR, LAR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, PR, FACR, and APYDM simultaneously have significant influence to ROE on Regional Development Banks. IRR partially have an significant positive influence to ROE on Regional Development Banks. LAR, IPR, APB, BOPO, FBIR, PR and APYDM partially have an unsignificant negative influence to ROE on Regional Development Banks. LDR, NPL, and FACR partially have an unsignificant positve influence to ROE on Regional Development Banks.
